NASTY DEVIL "TAZ"

DOB: 2002
15.1h Chestnut Gelding
Taz is a cute gelding with a sensible mind and good manners. He always wants to please and is good to groom and lead. Taz was returned to ReRun after many years with his adopter due to financial hardship. It is very important that ReRun helps Taz find his "second" forever home! Taz is an easy keeper, gets along well with other geldings and has no stable vices. He stands on the cross ties and is good for the farrier. He does need a patient handler for the vet and dentist. He is well-mannered but does experience anxiety. His size and age makes him ideal for a family. Please help us find Taz his second home!
Sponsorship available too!

DOB: 2008
Dark bay mare, 16.1hh
"Penny" is the cutest horse with a baby doll face and a baby doll personality to match. She has no vices and is good for the farrier, dentist, and vet. She is an absolute pleasure to handle and ride. She stands patiently on the cross ties for tacking up and at the mounting block. Penny has no riding limitations and could pursue any second career, but she does have the conformation issue of being "over at the knees" and may not fare well in competition because of it. This love of a horse would be ideal for any pleasure or low-level competitive rider who is an advanced beginner, as Penny is safe and calm.

RAZZBERRY ROSE

DOB: 2008
Dark bay mare, 16.1hh
"Rita" is a big, bold mare with a nice neck. She is an easy keeper and is on full turnout with other mares. She’s easy to tack up and is good for the farrier, vet, and dentist. Rita came to ReRun a year ago and spent much of that time simply maturing and mellowing out. Adjusting to the non-racing lifestyle has taken a little longer for her. Rita has not been put to work under saddle yet but does have a basic understanding of lunging. She is brave and has a willing attitude. Her manners are generally good, but she has been known to pull a few tricks on the uninitiated handler, so an experienced handler who can see these tricks coming a mile away is best for Rita’s continued progress.

D.O.B. 2006
Bay Gelding, 15.1 hh
Moon is as cute as a button. This gelding is the perfect horse for a young child looking to transition up from ponies. His size and nice, steady rhythm makes him perfect for a small adult looking to get back into riding. He is quiet for grooming, tacking up and stands nicely next to a mounting block. He is in the Allstar program and is worked 3-4 times per week. He is brave undersaddle and started trail riding.
Moon is a gentlemen for the vet, farrier and dentist. He is current on vaccines, feet trimming and worming. He is a low maintenance horse that requires little care. He is comfortable in stall or turnout shed.

D.O.B. 2006
Chestnut Gelding, 16.2hh
"Trooper" has a history with ReRun. We saved him from an auction where he was banged up pretty badly. He was adopted once for almost a year then returned due to financial circumstances, and now he is looking for that loving home he deserves.
He is a strikingly beautiful horse with huge strides! He was evaluated by our vet before his adoption, then again after his return. Before he was adopted, it was proven that he had a small bone chip in the left hind fetlock that does not interfere with the joint. After his return, he displayed right hind soreness that was labeled by our vet as mild arthritic changes to the fetlock joint. He also had inadequate farrier care while away, and it has taken my farrier months to fix his angles and heels. He requires shoes and is now able to be ridden. He is needs an experienced rider as Trooper feels strongly that work is for all the other horses, not him! He is safe under saddle. He just has a playful attitude and short attention span. He is very fun to ride, and you'll need a big ring as he can travel down the long side in only a few strides!
Trooper" has completed the Allstar program, and we have a great deal of information available to you. He has good stall manners and gets along with other horses. He is an easy keeper and a good eater. Trooper is good for the farrier, vet and dentist. He is current on vaccinations, feet care and worming.

MY BIG JEWEL

D.O.B 2006
16.1 Dark Bay Mare
My Big Jewel "Julie" is 16.1hh mare with a huge heart. She is quite stunning to look at, and has a huge stride to match. Julie could go into almost any discipline you choose. She retired from the racetrack with a bowed tendon that has healed up well. Jumping has not been assessed for her as of yet, but she has loads of potential. Julie likes to have her way and can be pushy on the ground, so she requires a forever home that is very experienced and capable of handling her. The fastest way into her heart is through a peppermint. She greets everyone who comes to see her and loves attention. Julie is up-to-date on vaccines, feet care and de-worming. More information to come as her training progresses.
